1980 Jeep Stepside J-10 4X4, manual transmission.

Between 1980 and 1983, only 1,200 of these step-sides were produced.

Recent original 6 cylinder engine rebuild (within 1,000 miles), new interior installed with hi/lo/off heated seats, and the frame was sanded and painted and is in great shape.

Within last 3 years and/or 4,000 miles, the following was done: replaced universal joints, new Rusty’s 3.5″ lift, stabilizer, tires including spare, propeller shaft, steering gear, transmission mount, and front bakes pads and rotors. Rockers were replaced.

There is minor body rust, some on A pillars, drivers cab corner, and a spot on left front fender. See pictures. The paint is losing it’s clear coat. Looks like it was repainted in original color some years ago.

Oil pressure gauge just stopped working. Wipers, lights, heater all work. Missing knob for light switch (have one on order).

In 2017, previous owner replaced radiator and hoses.

In 2018, new floor boards were installed

In 2019, replaced master cylinder.

This is my daily driver, and milage will increase.

Truck runs and steers fine.

Has sliding rear window, new period correct digital radio and speakers. Storage system behind driver seat.

I was told by previous owner that this was a Honcho edition. A new set of Honcho decals is included. Also, an original Jeep J-10 CB radio combination is included (condition is unknown).
