I bought this very Sharp looking and great driving 2000 Jeep Wrangler sport from a Harley dealership I do business with where it was traded in on a new bike. I drove it home 4 hours or so and I was very impressed by this jeep and its overall feel. This jeep has a ton of extras! It has a snorkel, winch, aftermarket wheels, newer tires, hood mounted jack etc. Really best to study the video and pics to see it all. Everything works as far as I can see.
The jeep rides awesome and is a ton of fun. It handles well down the road and the trans shifts all gears like it should. The 4.0 lt inline 6 cyl runs strong. Cosmetically this jeep looks awesome. The body looks really good for being the age it is. I saw a small rust spot starting on the driver side edge rocker. I saw some minor bubbling here and there but pretty minor spots, more just starting stuff. I saw minor scratches here and there but nothing crazy or overly noticable in my opinion. The frame looks solid but it did have the typical surface rust/road wear etc. I saw some rust starting on the gas tank heat shield but usable still. The floors look good, but I did see a minor small rust spot on the driver side floor starting. I really pictured and video the body blemishes well so you can see it. Really nothing thats too big a concern in my opinion. The tops of the fenders looks great and the windshiled looks great. The soft top fits like it should. This jeep has the super desirable half doors. I have a tan hard top that goes with it but it is missing the rear window. The interior looks good. The radio plays great and has bluetooth to connect your phone to it to play music etc. This is a clean title. As everyone has their own opinion on what a 22 years old jeep should be, please study the pics and video and call with questions. I do not want to overcall this jeep or under call it, let the pics, video and description tell the story. These jeep wranglers have gone up and up in value, jump on this one as with all of the extras and right features. I invite you to come check it out in my classic showroom at my dealership teddy’s auto sales waukon iowa or hire ebay or a local mechanic to do a private inspection. I can help recommend shippers i have used before who have been very reasonable.
